Astragraphia Holds Snapy Day 2024: Building Collaboration for Optimal Customer Service

Jakarta, 1 October 2024 - On 1 October 2024, PT Astra Graphia Tbk held an event with the theme "Growing Upward through Teamwork and Synergy" at Astragraphia's Document Solution Technology Center (DSTC), Jalan Kramat Raya No. 43, Central Jakarta. The event, which took place from 10.00 to 14.00 WIB, was attended by representatives of Snapy on-shop and franchise employees from Jabodetabek branches. The event was opened by Mr. King Iriawan Sutanto, Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk.  Snapy Day 2024 is an event initiated by Astragraphia and Snapy Day aims to strengthen collaboration between teams, improve collaboration skills, and encourage innovation in the Snapy work environment. With better synergy between employees, it is hoped that higher efficiency will be created in providing quality and optimal services to customers.

The Importance of Collaboration and Synergy in the Work Environment
In his speech, Mr. King Iriawan Sutanto emphasized the importance of collaboration between employees and between departments to achieve common goals. In an increasingly competitive business era, the strength of a team is not only measured by individual abilities but also by how well they can work together as a cohesive unit. His material presentation was very useful for Snapy employees who attended to build closer and more open relationships between departments, which will strengthen internal synergy in the work environment.

Not only collaboration, but synergy between Snapy Shop employees is also expected to give birth to new innovations that can improve services to customers. In the discussion session, participants were asked to share creative ideas and solutions that can be applied in everyday business. Apart from that, invited guests at the "Growing Upward through Teamwork and Synergy" event can take part in a demo tour to see firsthand existing production scale printer machines with sample print quality.
