Worry-Free, Now You can Add Digital Signatures with DocuWorks Electronic Signature
Working from home is now familiar with the "The New Normal" lifestyle for office workers. Limitations of distance and face-to-face time require that everything is done online. What if sometimes we still need verification of documents legally from your boss or business partner without having to meet face to face. Therefore, in the midst of the current conditions that require us to work from anywhere, at any time, verification of the validity of documents becomes one of the important issues. Enterprise Document Solution (EDS) has already answered the complaint, namely the Docuworks Electronic Signature solution.
DocuWorks Electronic Signature makes it easy for you to add digital signatures to documents. Verify that the signature is genuine or not, or can also see whether there is a revision of the document that has been digitally signed earlier. Here are some of the advantages of DocuWorks E-Signature:
1. Document Security
Every document that has a digital signature via the E-Signature feature, can only be opened by a user who has been verified by the document giver.
2. Easy to Use
DocuWorks application makes it easy for users to put digital signatures and also in verifying documents.
3. Certificates Authority
Don't worry if your document's signature or stamp is stolen or copied by someone else, because the E-Signature feature on DocuWorks includes a Certificate that is only owned by the author of the signature or stamp. To verify the validity of documents, the recipient of the document can do so with the validation of a certificate that has been made previously.
How does the E-Signature work?
The following simulates the use of E-Signature in the Ministry of Finance of a company:
Procurement staff makes Purchase Request (PR) documents to the relevant vendors so that the delivery of goods can be carried out immediately after the pandemic ends. This document requires approval from the Finance Manager. However, because the company is implementing WFH, signatures cannot be carried out directly. Procurement staff decided to request a digital signature. For more details, please observe the flow of the E-Signature workings below:
