100 Series: Sublimation transfer inkjet printer

With two newly developed heads, the TS100-1600 has pursued high quality, high productivity, and stable operation as a Sublimation transfer inkjet printer. Achieves about twice the high-speed printing of conventional machine for textiles*.

In addition to NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) and MAPS4 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System4), which enable stable high quality printing, the DAS (Dot Adjustment System) was incorporated into the new “100 series” printers. Dot position and feed correction, which used to take a lot of time and effort to do manually, can now be done automatically, reducing the workload on the operator.

With two newly developed heads, the JV100-160 has pursued high quality, high productivity, and stable operation as a eco-solvent inkjet printer.

In addition to NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), and MAPS4 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System4) that enable stable and high-quality printing, DAS (Dot Adjustment System) is also provided to new "100 series" printers. Dot position correction and feed amount correction, which used to be manual operations and require time and effort, can be automated, reducing the workload on the operator.

With two newly developed heads, the UJV100-160 has pursued high quality, high productivity, and stable operation as a UV-curable inkjet printer.

The UV-curable ink mounted on this printer is our newly developed "LUS-210", which has six types: C, M, Y, K, W, and Cl*1. A combination of a white ink with superior concealing capability and the spot color ink of a shiny clear ink allows you to use this printer in various applications, from printing on transparent/colored media to highly creative varnish print.

*1 Cl: Clear ink will be supported at a later schedule.

The best-in-class productivity delivers effective on-demand print production

The UJF-3042MkII and the UJF-6042MkII models achieve a maximum print speed of 2.48 m2/h (*1) and 3.52 m2/h (*2). The best-in-class productivity exhibits an approximately 20% (*3) faster print speed than that of conventional models and support on-demand print production. Staggered printhead arrangement allows printing process and spot colors simultaneously.(*4)
