DocuWare Flow Services acts as a central
processing hub for documents from various sources, processing them digitally, then
delivering them to specified destinations for further action.
Fuji Xerox's DocuWare Flow Services is a powerful software solution that automatically
processes your organization's document flow, streamlines the flow of work, and empowers
you and your staff to greater productivity and results. DocuWare Flow Services allows job
status checks, reports and updates to be sent via email or messaging to their respective
job owners whenever and wherever they are.
DocuWare Flow Services handles different types of documents that typically pass through an
organization's workflow daily: faxes, email, scanned documents, other
electronically-generated documents. The documents are input into DocuWare Flow Services
via a variety of input devices - such as multifunction machines, PCs, servers, for sorting
and processing. They are then automatically delivered to various predetermined
destinations, such as attachments in ready-to-use formats to specified email recipients,
sent to multifunction machines for print output, sent via FTP/SMB to servers for
archiving, uploaded to DocuShare Server for intranet or internet access, sent to the
shared folders to ensure retrieval by others, and even routed to other applications for
further processing. |
