Analysis of Job Log Data
It is possible to perform simple
document volume analysis by utilizing the device's output job log graphs. You can check
the effectiveness of paper output reduction through setting of feature or output quantity
limits. From the graphs, you can also understand the usage trends of the device so as to
determine when to replace the device or change device configurations in order to reduce
total cost of ownership (TCO) in your office environment.
